Shanthala Spherocast began with a team of skilled metallurgists and mechanical engineers, specializing in Grey Iron, Ductile Iron (S.G. Iron), and Alloy Castings. Starting with a 600 TPA capacity and a 20,234 SQ MTS facility, we have grown into one of India’s leading foundries.
With over 35 years of industry experience, we serve sectors including automotive, energy, mining, oil & gas, construction, and industrial manufacturing. Today, our production capacity is 10,000 tons per annum, with plans to expand to 24,000 tons per annum in our new Unit-2, featuring high-pressure molding lines and continuous mixers.
Our success is built on quality, integrity, and innovation, serving 80+ global customers with over 4,000 products. Advanced operations, including an ERP-integrated workflow, ensure efficiency and consistent quality.
